My intention with this work I do is to bring your nervous system into a state of calm, help you release emotional and energetic blocks, access your inner knowing, and offer guidance that inspires you to follow your soul’s highest goals.
I use the modalities Sacred Touch energy healing, tarot cards, and drumming to bring forth healing and guidance.
